If any damage or failure occurs to the motor or controller, we will provide repair or replacement. If receiving damage of fabric or components, please take photos, send to us within 30 days. We'll work with you for replacement in this valid time.
- IMPORTANT: Shade width including side brackets or valance edge (which takes up to 0.53'' on each side), so the actual fabric width is 1.06'' narrower, sometimes will let the light come in if the shade is Inside Install to the window frame.
